What a Typical Sentinel Rock Estates Job Looks Like
Downsizing cleanout for a long-time home
A common Sentinel Rock Estates call: a family is helping a parent move out of a home they've owned for decades. The family sets aside what they're keeping, texts photos of each room, and we quote how many loads it will take. On the day, we carry out the rest, load the truck and leave the home ready for the next step, whether that's a sale, a remodel or a new owner.
Before We Arrive in Sentinel Rock Estates
- Long driveways: Larger lots can mean longer carries. Let us know where the truck can park.
- Keep items: Set aside or clearly mark anything the family is keeping, like photos, papers and keepsakes.
- Out-of-town family: We can work with a family member, executor or realtor by phone and text.
- Heavy pieces: Include pianos and large cabinets in your photos so we can quote them up front.

What Happens to Your Items
We don't just dump everything. After each job we sort the load so as little as possible ends up in the landfill.
1. Donate
Furniture, household goods, clothing and other items in good, usable condition are set aside and dropped off at local donation centers that accept them.
2. Recycle
Metal, appliances, cardboard and electronics go to local recyclers whenever they can be accepted.
3. Dispose Properly
Anything that can't be donated or recycled goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill, never dumped in the desert.
Want to keep something or give it to family? Set it aside or mark it before we arrive, and we'll leave it alone.
